Can Livestrong survive allegations about Lance and drugs?

Lance Armstrong announced his retirement (again), which raises questions about his legacy.

He certainly succeeded, helping to pass Prop 15 to raise $3 billion for the cause.

Fast-forward to his most recent retirement, which Armstrong announced this year. Fast Company is now asking whether his Livestrong brand can survive Retirement 2.0.

Armstrong has been linked (via an in-depth investigative piece in Sports Illustrated) to using performance-enhancing drugs during his most dominant period in cycling. Although it’s inaccurate to say he’s been disgraced—far from it—Armstrong is not the picture of feel-good that he once was.
