Chipotle apologizes for racist tweets after hack

Brand managers of the food chain experienced social media highs and lows when the company’s official Twitter account was compromised after a successful haiku contest.

First, the good news: Chipotle asked customers to tweet haikus about the brand and share them on Facebook. The results were weird, funny, profound and awesome.
