Commenter: Supreme Court ruling good for marketers, bad for America – what do you think?

Various media organizations reported and commented last night on the Supreme Court’s ruling that allows unlimited campaign spending by corporations and unions. One commenter to an Advertising Age story on the ruling said this about it: “As marketers, some may be thrilled. But as Americans, we should all be horrified.” Do you agree with that statement as a communicator or marketer?
