Facebook wants to be your everything—your friend finder, your customer connector, your advertising platform and your news source.

The social media network will launch its Notify app next week, The Financial Times reports.

This could be a sign of great things to come for PR, marketing and communications professionals. It’s not known yet whether brand managers will be allowed to create stations for their organizations.

The app is billed by many journalists as Facebook’s answer to Twitter’s Moments, Snapchat’s Discover service and Apple’s News app.
