Fox affiliate says cutting evolution reference in ‘Cosmos’ was unintended
Oklahoma City station KOKH cut into the science program with an ad for the local news. Online critics said it was deliberate; the station tweeted that simply a technical error.

Sunday, during @COSMOSonTV, a local news promo was aired over a portion of COSMOS content. This was an operator error & we regret the error.

That did not convince everyone. Almost every response to that tweet accuses the station of having interrupted the show on purpose.
