Groupon: This is how you introduce a ‘yawn-inducing’ press release

The company filed for its IPO on Thursday and, of course, filed an amusing blog post on the topic—well, as amusing as it could under the circumstances.

On its blog, Groublogpon, which is dubbed (with tongue planted in cheek) “the serious blog of Groupon,” the company did as much as it could to entertain while complying with SEC regulations.
