In bizarre story, 10 students offered fake PR jobs

Aspiring PR pros met with representatives from a company that shortlisted them for jobs—and then it started getting weird.

The Times of India reports that representatives of a New Delhi-based company visited Panjab University’s School of Communications Studies and requested to interview students. The company chose 10 students and offered them the chance to start work at the end of the semester.

Things took a turn when “during the screening process, the interviewers had asked the girl students uncomfortable questions.” The university then advised students to visit the company’s New Delhi location. When they did, the students learned that there was no such company at the address given.
