Infographic: The health benefits of coffee vs. tea

Guzzling your favorite roast might lower the risk of prostate cancer, but when it comes to health benefits, does your bold blend beat out a brisk brewed tea?

On Wednesday we learned that men who drink at least six cups of coffee a day are 20 percent less likely to suffer prostate cancer (and 100 percent more likely to take more frequent trips to the bathroom.)

In terms of health benefits, tea’s no slouch, either. And the sale of this beverage far exceeds that of its brewed counterpart.

So who would win in a battle of Starbucks vs. Argo Tea frequenters?
