Internal communications gaffe (or maybe prank) at British Airways sparks PR headache

Where in the world is Osama bin Laden? Try asking British Airways. A story in BA’s internal publication, LHR News , about the benefits of mobile airline tickets (the kind that appear on your phone) featured an image of a mobile boarding pass with Osama Bin Laden’s name on it.
