Is the tweet the new sound bite?
Turns out President Obama and his speechwriters may have written this year’s State of the Union address with Twitter in mind.
When President Obama delivered his recent State of the Union address, his communications team was busy tweeting neatly packaged 140-character nuggets directly from the speech, according to Congress.org.
It’s a savvy move, says Congress.org. Obama does have 6.6 million followers.
