Italian communications firm to merge with U.S.-based agency

Burditch Marketing Communications (BMC), a San Francisco-based firm that specializes in travel and dining, inked a deal with Imagine Communications, a firm out of Rome, so both companies can increase their reach abroad. Imagine CEO Marco Ferrari said his company wants to expand its network of “American editors, producers, and freelancers that are interested in cover our top-tier Italian hospitality clients.” Read more
