You’ll never top, “You’ve got mail”—but don’t let that discourage you.
So powerful that in 1998 it reunited iconic big-screen super-duo Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan in a little movie called You’ve Got Mail.
Since then, the popular mantra of Aol has faded with the emergence of new technology, and the company has changed shaped—most recently merging with The Huffington Post.
(Meg Ryan’s career also has waned. Coincidence?)
