Ketchum PR pro behind famous Twitter gaffe launches own social media consultancy

Remember the Ketchum VP who, after arriving in Memphis to meet with FedEx communicators, tweeted: “True confession but I’m in one of those towns where I scratch my head and say, ‘I would die if I had to live here?’” That guy, James Andrews, has left Ketchum to start his own social media consultancy called Everywhere. His clients are Delta, Jane Fonda and Jermaine Dupri.
