KFC makes its tray liners into keyboards, but only in Germany
The keyboards are designed to prevent diners from getting grease on their phones if they eat while they work.

The weirdest thing about KFC’s new gluttonous promotion is that isn’t happening in the United States.
The brand’s Germany team has a new campaign where it has replaced the paper slip that goes between your food and your tray with a high-tech, Bluetooth-enabled keyboard that you can link with your phone. This is to ensure that the grease coating your fingers as you eat KFC doesn’t then create a layer of grease on your phone.
