KFC plans to replace its iconic slogan

The colonel must be rolling over in his grave. After 50 years, KFC decided to replace its “Finger Lickin’ Good” slogan in a move toward healthier eating.

No, the fast-food chain isn’t switching recipes. It’s changing the iconic slogan “Finger Lickin’ Good” to “So Good.”

Brand Republic reports that KFC has decided to not only display calories on the menu (as it pledged this past September), but also offer new items with less fat and salt, and fewer calories.

The Department of Health in the U.K. is currently negotiating with food retailers to display more nutrition information, according to Brand Republic.
