KLM continues to fly with social media

The Dutch airline showed its responsiveness when two DJs tweeted moving their flight.

This time, after a request from two DJs, the airline showed how responsive it was to social media users. When KLM announced a new route between Amsterdam and Miami at the end of March 2011. A couple of Dutch DJ’s tweeted KLM to see if the airline could move the flight forward a week, so it would coincide with the Winter Music Conference.
