Make the ‘About Us’ in your press releases sizzle
Also called a “boilerplate,” the “About Us” section of your press release is more important than you might think. “If you’re like most organizations, this paragraph often gets reused across all sorts of sales and marketing communications,” Jeremy Porter, of the Journalistics blog, wrote. And yet so many of these paragraphs are dull, some are even unreadable. Good thing Porter penned a blog post about how to write a killer boilerplate.
