It seemed like a solid venture until the Michigan State shirts rolled off the press. Scrawled across the front in bold capital letters was the phrase “Hail To the Victors.”

Those who understand college sports are well aware of the rivalry between Michigan State and the University of Michigan, whose motto, “Hail To the Victors,” is also the name of its fight song.
