Adam Perrow

Adam Perrow is Sr. Director of Employee Experience at Ally Financial, where he leads the company’s first-ever employee experience function. In this role, he drives enterprise strategy to strengthen Ally’s culture, elevate the employee experience, and position the company as an employer of choice. With over 20 years of experience across financial services, healthcare, education, and non-profit sectors, he specializes in talent management, organizational development, learning and development, and enterprise-wide transformation – including digital HR strategy, onboarding, employee recognition, and employee listening. Adam began his career as a high school teacher and held leadership roles in public education, where he developed a deep understanding of how environments, systems, and leadership shape human potential –insights that now fuels his approach to employee experience and organizational culture. He holds a doctoral degree in educational leadership and lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two kids.
