Adam Solarz leads brand and internal communications for NIQ, the world's consumer intelligence company. He joined NielsenIQ in May 2010 and is responsible for global employee communications and the organization’s corporate identity.
As a rising communications leader, Adam helps NIQ deliver for its clients, manage change, enhance its brand from the inside out, foster employee engagement, and achieve strategic goals. He builds narratives that rally people and teams through shared purpose.
Adam started his career as a communications and marketing generalist at Milliman, Inc. He studied English, Journalism, and Psychology at his alma mater, Miami University.
He resides in Chicago with his partner Cecelia and their overly vocal dog, Ed.
