
Adrienne Leigh Hoyt
Vice President of Communications & Business Development - CNN
Adrienne Hoyt serves as vice president of communications and business development at CNN Worldwide. In this role, she also oversees worldwide internal communications, including executive, DEI and crisis communication, leads strategic initiatives as well as employee engagement and experience. Her responsibilities also include brand communication and marketing externally, leading CNN's CSR, merchandising and live events strategies, serving to further align vision and messaging with the organization's brand story. Charged with creating and executing new, sponsorable brand marketing strategies that serve to build affinity for CNN both externally and internally, she joined CNN in 2012 in an operations project management capacity, supervising capital renovations and strategic business analysis. Prior to joining CNN, she managed major gifts fundraising at the American Cancer Society and led PR, marketing and communications at Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development. She sits on the board of directors for The Children’s Museum of Atlanta, Bauble Stockings, and Women of Warner Bros. Discovery. She received her undergraduate degree from Carthage College and MBA from The University of Goergia.
