Allison Michels is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences for Viva Engage at Microsoft. With a passion for community building and engaging with leaders, she has previously supported Viva Engage (formerly Yammer) via Product Marketing by enabling customers and educating community managers. Allison’s journey includes roles such as Training Program Manager at Zenefits, Director of Education Programs and Services at Hootsuite, and Global Education Programs Manager for Yammer. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo and an ME in Technology and Leadership from The George Washington University.
