Anayancy Escarpante

Anayancy Escarpanter is a powerhouse marketing leader, brand strategist and fierce advocate for women in leadership. With nearly 18 years of experience across 15 states and 25+ markets working experiencial, event, director level roles in the liquor industry, she’s become known for her ability to turn bold, creative ideas into campaigns that not only drive consumer engagement but also create lasting connections. Whether working with boutique agencies or leading global brand strategies, Anayancy thrives in environments that demand both big-picture vision and detailed execution, always pushing boundaries to build brands that truly stand out. In 2016, driven by a desire to support women in their careers and inspired by her daughter, Anayancy founded Women in Leadership League (WILL)—a platform dedicated to empowering women through mentorship, networking and career resources that help them grow and lead. She believes in creating a space for women to confidently navigate their careers, connect with others and build the skills needed to excel through social events and online personal and professional development tools. As a corporate-minded entrepreneur with a passion for travel, Anayancy and her husband launched Timberline Glamping—a business offering unique, elevated travel experiences in Florida’s picturesque beach towns. Through Timberline, she’s been able to combine her entrepreneurial spirit with her love for adventure, all while giving people the chance to connect with nature in new, exciting ways. In 2024, Anayancy took her love for hospitality, travel and found paradise at Margaritaville at Sea, where she serves as Director of Marketing. When she’s not shaping brands or curating campaigns, Anayancy is passionate about supporting local non-profits, diving into the arts and culture of each city she lives in, and most importantly, raising her two incredible kids, Aria and Aydn with her best friend and husband Alex. A proud Tampa native, Anayancy holds a degree in Communications and Advertising from Florida International University, with a minor in Photography. She’s fueled by creativity, purpose and a love for empowering women to lead, all while balancing work, life and a lot of fun along the way.
