Corporate communications manager - Ball Corporation
Barb Farson is corporate communications manager for Ball Corporation. She manages content for corporate internal channels, including internal web, electronic and print newsletters and visual communications networks, and she executes communication programs that support Ball's unique culture. She is the editor of an award-winning special edition employee newsletter which was part of Ball's "The Power of Day One" campaign to onboard and integrate new employees following a major acquisition. Previously, Farson worked in various internal and external communications capacities in the utility, nonprofit and broadcast industries.
