Brenda Andolina

Brenda Andolina serves as Vice President of Corporate and Brand Communications for Sonepar, the world’s largest distributor of electrical products and services. Brenda spent most of her career in the consumer-packaged goods realm for companies like Bic, Polaroid, Ray Ban and Mattel brands. In the last two years, she’s been happily working in the B2B realm overseeing internal and external communications. The electrical distribution industry, and construction in general, has been a predominantly male-dominated field – but that’s changing. Most rewarding for Brenda has been the work she and her colleagues at Sonepar are engaged in to accelerate diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the company as well as supporting the work of the industry associations also driving change. Partnering with the Director of DEI, HR leads, and the employee resource groups at Sonepar, never before conversations are happening and commitments have been made that are transforming culture.
