Brian Lynch

Brian Lynch is the director of Associate Communications at Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH), one of the 20 largest health systems in the United States and the fifth-largest Catholic health system in the country with nearly 60,000 associates across 47 hospitals and more than 1,200 care sites serving communities in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, South Carolina and Virginia, as well as Ireland and the Philippines.

Since joining BSMH four years ago, Lynch and his team have led a multi-year Associate Communications strategy centered around greater personalization, accessibility to information, and enhanced digital channels that has driven engagement and improved associates’ satisfaction with their communication experience – especially among BSMH’s frontline caregivers such as nurses and physicians.

Prior to joining BSMH, Lynch was the director of Internal Communications at UC Health in Cincinnati, and prior to that held a number of communication roles within The Kroger Co. He received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and Master of Arts in Communication from Missouri State University.
