Brian Snyder is a seasoned digital leader with 20 years of experience transforming some of the world’s biggest brands both at a top agency and in-house at a global industry leader. His diverse expertise spans consumer marketing, B2B demand generation, corporate reputation, product and process innovation, customer experience, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, crisis management, web development and social media. He leads client strategy and integration for Burson, partnering with senior client leaders and practice teams to grow priority relationships through AI-powered strategic counsel. The role focuses on translating Burson’s best thinking, from strategic frameworks to communications processes, practice expertise and client judgment, into repeatable AI-enabled workflows that can scale across teams and accounts. He works with client leads to identify where AI can create meaningful value, develop tailored AI implementation plans, deploy practical training across practice teams, and help turn AI adoption into stronger counsel, smarter operations and new growth opportunities.
He previously served as global president of digital, overseeing innovation and integration for Axicom where he also served as CAIO, democratized AI tool development and deployment across the agency and championed the AI future of corporate and brand reputation management with thought leadership across industry publications, podcasts, events and social media. Before that, he served as executive vice president of digital at Golin, an Interpublic Group PR agency. Over ten years with Golin, Brian built and led digital teams in offices across the North America region. He architected enterprise- and brand-level digital, mobile, and social strategies and campaigns for Nintendo, Walmart, Samsung, LinkedIn, McDonald’s, Unilever, PepsiCo, Logitech and Hard Rock. His team’s work has been recognized at the Cannes Lions, PR Week Awards, PRovoke Media Sabre Awards, Shorty Awards.
