A leader at the intersection of workforce, education, and entrepreneurship, Carly brings a deep understanding of what it takes for companies to become a best place to work in addition how to best support job seekers in our ever-evolving world of work.
Carly’s entrepreneurial expertise is rooted in her years as an Entrepreneur in Residence at MIT’s Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, where she led the prestigious MIT delta v accelerator and taught advanced entrepreneurship courses at MIT Sloan. She has played key roles across multiple startups and led major innovation initiatives for the NYC Economic Development Corporation under Mayor Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs.
