Dana Paolucci has spent over a decade shaping a career at the crossroads of beauty, culture, and communications. Today Paolucci is leading award-winning work that is not only breaking through culture but that grows the business. She began her journey in agency PR, where she quickly established a strong foundation in media relations, brand storytelling, and driving creative PR strategies. Early in her career, she worked with a diverse range of beauty and lifestyle brands like Garnier, Essie, and NYX , gaining invaluable experience in product launches, executing culture-first campaigns, and cultivating influential relationships with editors and creators.

After spending 12 years supporting Dove’s PR efforts on the agency side, Paolucci's expertise led her in-house, where she continued to hone her skills in brand communications. Joining Unilever in 2022, she took on the role of leading PR and influencer strategy for Dove North America, one of the company’s marquee brands globally, a nearly $2B brand in the US, and working on products that are in one out of every two US households. Her strategic acumen, deep industry insight, and cultural fluency have been pivotal in the overall transformation of Dove’s PR & Influencer GTM strategy and social first agenda in the US Market.

Today, Paolucci serves as Head of PR + Influence for Dove North America, overseeing all earned media, influencer partnerships, and cultural activations. She plays a pivotal role in shaping Dove's public image and brand narrative, helping the brand continue to break new ground in both social impact and product innovation. Under her leadership, she has grown the Dove influencer program by more than 700%, engaging nearly 7,000 creators annually and doubled the PR program results, achieving 72B impressions for Dove in 2024 alone.
