Deborah Hyman is the senior vice president and head of employee communications and employer brand at Wells Fargo, where she leads internal communications, employer branding and internal platforms and channels impacting more than 250,000 employees. She leads a team of 150 direct reports. Before Wells Fargo, she served as vice president of global technology communications and also as assistant vice president of global communications at MetLife. She's an award-winning strategic corporate communications executive with a master's degree in public communication and more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale global communications programs for Fortune 50 companies. She has driven employee engagement for more than 65,000 employees in 75 countries and has served on multiple teams to address corporate issues and drive strategic change programs. She's the past president for the National Black Public Relations Society and was recently recognized as one of South Florida's Most Powerful & Influential Black Leaders.
