As Chief of Communications for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), North America's first and one of its largest public transit systems, Mondestin leads cross-functional messaging strategies that engage riders, media, legislators, and community stakeholders, all in service of greater public transparency and trust.
