Senior Director, Strategic Marketing - March of Dimes
Jennifer Allen currently leads the Strategic Marketing team at March of Dimes, which works across Mission, Revenue and Market teams to raise brand awareness to acquire new supporters and engage existing ones to help fight for the health of all moms and babies. Allen’s team leads and is accountable for the marketing planning, execution and budget management for the organization’s most crucial and high profile mission and revenue moments throughout year, such as: March for Babies (signature peer to peer fundraising event), releases of tentpole data products such as the annual Report Card on state of maternal and infant health, bi-annual Maternity Care Deserts Report as well as Special Events such as golf, industry-specific testimonials, awards programs, and local culinary tasting experiences. Prior to March of Dimes, Allen led high performing and collaborative multiplatform marketing teams at NBC Sports Washington, PBS and BBC AMERICA. In these roles, Allen, a three-time Daytime Emmy Award recipient, drove awareness and consumption of industry-leading content events such as Downton Abbey, the UK series The Office, and Ken Burns’s films Country Music and The Vietnam War as well as NBA, NHL and NFL live games.
