Jessica Phillips is the Assistant Vice President of Global HR Operations and Compensation Manager at Sotheby’s, where she leads initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and employee experience across a global workforce. With more than a decade of HR leadership at Sotheby’s, she has advanced through roles in HR business partnering, project management and operations, building deep expertise in compensation strategy, HRIS management and compliance.

Her background spans performance management, process improvement, employee relations, immigration, and training and development. She has also directed HR operations in healthcare and learning organizations, giving her a broad perspective on workforce challenges and solutions. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from New York University’s Polytechnic School of Engineering, with dual concentrations in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Information Systems. Known for her collaborative style and problem-solving approach, she is committed to building systems and strategies that support both people and business outcomes.
