Kate Egan

Kate Egan is a strategic brand builder and storyteller with over a decade of experience driving impactful marketing initiatives. As Senior Brand Manager at Northwell Health and Head of Studio at Northwell Studios, Egan leads all brand advertising and entertainment efforts, bridging strategy and execution to create meaningful engagement opportunities.

She was integral in launching Northwell’s brand platform, Raise Health, which she continues to nurture through the creation of differentiated and effective campaigns. She developed the strategic roadmap for Northwell’s entertainment initiatives and spearheaded the formation of Northwell Studios, Inc., a for-profit entity dedicated to using storytelling to humanize healthcare and spark meaningful social dialogue. Through partnerships with major production companies, she played a key role in bringing Netflix’s Emergency NYC and HBO’s One South: Portrait of a Psych Unit to life.

Prior to joining Northwell, Egan worked at leading creative advertising agencies, contributing to the success of brands such as Johnson & Johnson and the Columbia School of General Studies.
