Kathy Kisiel is a dynamic and visionary leader with experience spanning both nonprofit and corporate sectors. As the National Senior Director of Staff Effectiveness and Volunteerism at the American Heart Association, she leads national strategies that empower staff, engage volunteers, and drive mission-aligned results across the organization.

Kathy is widely recognized for her ability to translate big-picture vision into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact. Her expertise includes sales, marketing, business development, nonprofit management, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and volunteer engagement. She has successfully led high-performing teams, developed national resources to enhance business literacy, and cultivated strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A proud double Gator, Kathy holds both an MBA and a BS in Advertising from the University of Florida. She is also deeply committed to her community, actively participating in local organizations.
