Katie Spencer

Katie Spencer is a storyteller at heart with nearly 20 years of experience in journalism, public relations and communications. Currently serving as the Vice President of Media Relations and Executive Communications at Signet Jewelers, Katie focuses on shaping the narrative of the company with media, investors, and other key stakeholders. Prior to Signet, Katie spent a decade working as a producer at CNBC – on the show teams of Mad Money with Jim Cramer and Squawk on the Street, covering the top business and financial news of the day. She has also worked as a reporter and producer at outlets including Bloomberg News and The Deal. She began her career at Ketchum Public Relations, where she focused on the public affairs and international communications practice.
