Kaylyn Harris is the Marketing & Branding Strategist for Nashville General Hospital, where she leads brand strategy, storytelling, and integrated creative communications for the hospital and its subsidiaries. Serving as the organization’s brand champion, she oversees the development and execution of cohesive messaging across digital, social, print, and multimedia platforms - driving clarity, consistency, and impact within a complex healthcare environment.
A trailblazer in healthcare marketing, Kaylyn was the first professional in Nashville General Hospital’s 135+ year history to serve in a dedicated brand and multimedia role. In this capacity, she established foundational brand standards and modernized communication practices that strengthened trust, elevated engagement, and deepened community connection.
Kaylyn is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration. While still an undergraduate, she launched her freelance design business, K|H Designs, cultivating a passion for strategic, results-driven branding that led to her selection for the highly competitive 4A’s MAIP Internship in Manhattan, New York.
Beyond her professional work, Kaylyn is deeply committed to community advocacy and volunteerism. She is actively involved with the American Heart Association and was nominated as a 2024 AHA Woman of Impact. Through her work in healthcare communications, Kaylyn is dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices and advancing awareness of cardiovascular health, believing that storytelling has the power to change narratives, influence outcomes, and save lives.
