Kristen Godin is Corporate Vice President of Employee Engagement at New York Life Insurance Company, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen culture, connection, and communication. Her team unites employee engagement and internal communications—designing programs, experiences, and storytelling that help employees feel seen, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

With more than 15 years of experience in the health and benefits space, Kristen draws on a diverse background spanning marketing, communications, employee engagement, and coaching. A Certified Change Practitioner with a Master’s in Human Development, she brings a deep understanding of what motivates people and how organizations can help them thrive.

A storyteller at heart, Kristen believes great communication transforms information into inspiration. Her approach blends strategy and heart—helping employees not only understand what’s happening but connect to why it matters and feel part of something bigger.
