Kristina Anderson, MPC

Kristina Anderson is an Enablement Strategist at Mountain America Credit Union with a passion for transforming workplace culture through creativity, strategy, and heart. With a background in PR and advertising—including supporting seven organizations during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah—Kristina brings a unique blend of communication expertise and people-first thinking to every initiative.

She played a key role in crafting Mountain America’s Team Member Experience Blueprint, a foundational guide for building a culture where feedback drives action and team members help shape the environment where they thrive. Known for turning complex topics into engaging experiences, Kristina has used everything from a nefarious stuffed frog to a viral LEGO-building activity to bring culture to life across the organization.

Kristina holds a Master of Professional Communication from Westminster University and is PROSCI-certified in Change Management. She believes that focusing on team members is not only essential for engagement—it’s the key to delivering on brand promises in today’s marketplace.

Her team’s work was recently recognized with the Amazing Workplace Culture Award from Ragan Communications, honoring their innovative approach to experience design, measurement, and action planning.

When she’s not building culture, Kristina is likely hiking in the mountains, limping from hiking in the mountains, paddle boarding, and surfing. She brings that same energy and joy to her work, driven by a deep belief in the power of people and the experiences that connect us.
