Leanora Griffin

Leanora is responsible for driving the internal communication and change management strategy for Diebold Nixdorf employees around the world. Her global team directly supports each executive leader and their teams to develop day-to-day and strategic communications across a wide variety of media, including email, meetings, video, social media and digital. The team also is responsible for the employment and talent brand. Additionally, her team drives all communications related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Leanora also serves on the Board of the Diebold Nixdorf Foundation. Before joining Diebold Nixdorf, Leanora held strategic leadership roles in both consulting and corporate environments and she led the M&A Integration Office for a large Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, managing four global acquisitions valued in excess of $15 billion.
