Leslie Ridgley

Leslie Ridgley is the head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Partners at Petco. She’s responsible for activating diversity, inclusion and belonging across the Petco enterprise and partners with global leadership and other organizational stakeholders to analyze demographic data, detect trends, identify barriers and seize opportunities to integrate diversity and inclusion into the talent management life cycle, and into day to day business operations and decision making. Before Petco, she led inclusion and diversity at FedEx and Wells Fargo Advisors. Her awards include Top 15 Business Women in Dallas, Who’s Who in Diversity and Essence Magazine Diversity Champion.
