Marina Vataj is Sr. Director of Enterprise Communications, Leader Engagement, and Omni-Channel Communications for PepsiCo Global Employee Communications, serving nearly 300,000 employees worldwide. She oversees internal content strategy, storytelling, editorial direction, and engagement across PepsiCo’s employee communications channels and events. Marina also leads the PepsiCo Executive Committee enablement model, partnering with C-suite leaders to deliver integrated, 360-degree employee communications.
Previously, Marina served as Internal Communications Director for PepsiCo Beverages North America and as Global Inclusion Communications Lead.
Before joining PepsiCo, Marina spent nearly 20 years as a newspaper, magazine, and digital journalist. She holds a master’s degree in writing and a WSET certification in Wine & Spirits.
