Meghan Keating is vice president of Internal Communications at 3M, leading a global team focused on executive communications, employee experience, storytelling, digital strategy, and multimedia. She brings extensive expertise in employee and executive communications, issues and change management, engagement, intranet strategy, and collaboration technology. Before joining 3M in 2016, Meghan spent a decade in communications and HR at Target Corporation.
