Mike Nachshen

Mike Nachshen is the senior director of international communications for Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD), a Raytheon Technologies business. He leads RMD’s communications activities outside the US, ensuring the business speaks with one voice across markets and regions. He manages RMD’s international PR agencies and is responsible for developing and deploying messaging that resonates in RMD’s critical overseas markets. Since Feb 24, 2022, he’s also led RMD’s Comms’ response to Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine — which has kept him busy as RMD makes Stinger and many other weapons the U.S and its allies have provided Ukraine. Mike has held a number of different comms roles in his 15+ years with RMD and its heritage businesses, and has led comms campaigns in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Pacific Rim and Indian subcontinent. Prior to joining heritage Raytheon, Nachshen served in the U.S. Air Force in a variety of public affairs officer assignments. His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal.
