Nick LaFave

Nick LaFave is Senior Director of Organizational Communications for Children's Minnesota, one of the largest free-standing not-for-profit pediatric hospitals in the nation, with two main campuses, multiple clinics and more than 60 specializations. In his role, he oversees executive communications, internal communications, external communications, and thought leadership. He has served as Public Information Officer in every major crisis event since his arrival, including the largest nurses strike in U.S. history, the Annunciation Church & School shooting and the Metro Surge immigration enforcement of 2026. Prior to that, Nick was a television news anchor and reporter for 20 years.
