Nicole McCann-Davis

Nicole McCann-Davis is Director of Communications and Multicultural Affairs at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and Chair of the NHPCO Diversity Advisory Council.  Nicole established the Seasons Cultural Inclusion Council, working to create not only a positive patient experience but also to increase the employment of people of color in the hospice and palliative care sector. Her goal is to ensure that equitable care is available to all patients, no matter their gender, ethnicity, marital status, religion, sexual orientation, language, gender identity, or class, and they have an end of life experience that brings them and their families peace of mind. Prior to her start at Seasons, Nicole worked in television production and corporate communications before realizing that her heart was calling her to do something that would make a direct impact on the people who need it most.
