Polina Miklush

Polina Miklush, MPA-HPAM, is Senior Director of Integrated Strategic Communications at Bayer, where she helps shape communications and media relations strategy for the company’s pharmaceuticals business. Her work includes exploring how AI-driven search and evolving information behaviors are changing brand visibility, authority and reputation. Previously, she spent more than six years at CSL, most recently serving as Senior Director and Head of Communications for CSL Seqirus. She earlier led communications for the company’s global commercial operations. Her career also includes senior agency roles at Weber Shandwick, Ruder Finn and Lazar Partners, where she advised healthcare and life sciences organizations on corporate communications, media relations, executive visibility and reputation. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University.
