Quiana Pinckney, APR is an accomplished communications executive with more than 25 years of experience leading corporate communications, crisis management and strategic stakeholder engagement across telecommunications, workforce solutions, retail and legal industries. Specializing in reputation management, integrated communications strategy and compelling storytelling, she has consistently delivered measurable results for Fortune 500 companies and emerging organizations alike. Pinckney currently serves as Vice President, Communications - Comcast Central Division Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, she serves as Chief Communications Officer for Comcast's largest division, leading all aspects of Public Relations, Employee Communications and Creative Services while driving strategic communications initiatives that support business objectives and enhance stakeholder relationships.
As an accredited communications leader, Pinckney has built her expertise through progressively senior roles at industry-leading organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at EmployBridge (EB), an industry-leading workforce solutions provider, where she spearheaded comprehensive communications and public relations strategies, Prior to EB, Pinckney was Head of Strategic Communications and Public Relations for HD Supply, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot. In this capacity, she developed and executed integrated communications strategies, managed complex merger, acquisition and divestiture communications, and led community relations and executive positioning initiatives. Throughout her career, Pinckney has held positions with increasing responsibility at diverse organizations, including Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP and The Powell Group, a public relations and marketing agency based in Dallas, demonstrating her versatility across multiple sectors.
Pinckney holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a master's degree from George Washington University. She received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Universal Accreditation Board of Public Relations – PRSA – in 2015, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice. In 2019, Pinckney was named to the Georgia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America's (PRSA) inaugural "Forty Under 40" list, recognizing her as one of the state's most promising young communications professionals.
Pinckney is deeply committed to advancing the communications profession and supporting her community through various leadership roles.
