Robert Sica leads internal communications and employee experience transformation projects for large enterprises at Blink. He has worked at multiple SaaS platforms in the employee experience platform space, guiding some of the world’s most recognizable brands in shaping engagement strategies that connect and inspire hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide.
Previously, at Apple Retail, he supported leading high-volume, high-revenue locations, facilitated customer experience training for high-profile flagship openings, and supported internal communications strategy for all 60,000 retail and contact center employees. He also held leadership roles at Lululemon and the YMCA, focusing on employee engagement, customer experience, and systems transformation.
Based out of New York, Robert has led multiple panels and employee experience masterclasses across North America and has most recently participated on a crisis communications panel at the Ragan Communications Conference in Chicago alongside McDonald’s and MARS.
