Senior Vice President, Analytics - Ketchum
Stacey Jaffe is a market research and consumer insights specialist, with 20 years’ industry experience working with brands to help shape and measure their communications strategies and goals. She is currently a Senior Vice President for Ketchum Analytics, based in Washington, D.C, and oversees analytics work across our manufacturing, technology and food clients.
Stacey Jaffe is an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Jaffe is experienced in multi-discipline research, including new product development and innovation, brand positioning, communications measurement, campaign evaluation, customer satisfaction and segmentation research. Her passion lies in digging deep to understand consumer needs and behaviors to tell rich stories and deliver meaningful insight that drives strategy. She has worked with organizations across a range of categories across the globe, including agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, food, food technology, financial technology and services, higher education, healthcare and pharmaceutical and non-profit organizations.
Jaffe is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in American politics. She was also a health communications researcher at the Annenberg School for Communication.
